Admission Details 

The admissions procedure at Archimedes International School, Bettiah, Bihar is friendly and transparent. Registration is the first step in seeking admission, followed by interaction/test as per class.

AGE CRITERIA

• ENTRY TO NURSERY AND PREP. CLASSES -

• Eligibility

• Minimum age 3+ years as of March 31, 2023 for Class Nursery.

• Minimum age 4+ years as of 31st March 2023 for Class Prep.

• The admission to Class Nursery and Prep will be through informal interaction with the child as well as the parents.

ADMISSION TO CLASS I – IX AND XI-

• The admissions to Class I onwards is done on the basis of availability of seats in a particular class.

• The child must have passed the previous class from a recognized school from CBSE/ICSE/State board.

• The admission process focused on getting to know the student very well through interaction and academic assessment.

• Date/suitable time for academic assessment followed by interaction will be given at the time of registration.

Please Note:

• Date and timings for interaction will be intimated telephonically.

• An incomplete Registration Form will not be processed/accepted.

• Submission of Registration Form does not guarantee admission, it will depend upon the number of seats available and eligibility criteria.

• On confirmation of the grant of admission, parents will be required to deposit the admission fee within the stipulated time failing which the offer of admission shall stand cancelled and the seat will be offered to another applicant.

Admission Guidelines:

• The parent of the selected students shall be intimated telephonically and an email will also be sent regarding the offer of admission.

• The parent will have to visit the SCHOOL OFFICE to collect the Admission Form.

• The Admission Form should be neatly and correctly filled in and submitted along with all relevant documents for the admission process.

• Parents are advised to check the transport facility before applying for admission.

• Parents are requested to submit the following documents along with the Admission Form:

  • Five recent passport coloured photograph of the child.

  • Recent coloured passport size photograph each of mother & father of the child.

  • Original Transfer Certificate issued by the previous School.

  • Birth Certificate (admission in Nursery & Prep-I).

  • Photocopy of marksheet (previous class).

  • Photocopy of address proof

  • Aadhar Card copy of child, father and mother (photocopy).

  • Fitness certificate (original).

• All the documents should be attested by parents.

In case you fail to take admission on the date specified, the vacancy will be offered to the next candidate.

Supporting documents are required with the application

1. One xerox copy of Birth Certificate.

2. Four passport size photographs of the child.

3. One stamp size photograph of the father and mother of the child.

4. One xerox copy of vacination record chart.
